Telephone / Proxy Bidding

If you are unable to attend the auction you can bid by telephone as long as you are in the UK or you can setup a proxy bid. You will need to have set this up at least 24 hours prior to the auction you wish to bid at. This service is free, unless you are successful in your bid.

To set up a telephone or proxy bid we must have the following items with us prior to auction:

• Copies of 2 Forms of ID - please click here for a full list of qualifying documents.
• Deposit and Admin Fee Cheque - this must be in the same name as your ID and will be used to pay the £800 administration fee and a 10% deposit (10% of the upper guide price if bidding by telephone or 10% of your maximum bid if proxy bidding). The cheque you provide will only be cashed if you are successful, if you are unsuccessful we will return the cheque to you after the auction.
• Authorisation Form - we will need the telephone/proxy bidding form completed and signed by you.
